Hours of Operation & Arrival
Open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We invite you to arrive 60 minutes before your 50-minute or longer Spa treatment to fully enjoy our Sacred Hydrotherapy Ritual. For 30-minute Spa treatments and Beauty Salon services, we recommend arriving 10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in the reduction of your treatment time.
Health & Pregnancy Considerations
Please inform us of any health conditions, high blood pressure, recent surgeries, allergies, or pregnancy at the time of booking so our therapists can customize your treatment safely.
Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel appointments, subject to availability. Cancellations with less than 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost of the requested services. No-shows will be charged the full cost of the booked treatment.
Spa Etiquette
- Please leave your valuables in the safety box in your room. The Spa and Hotel will not be held responsible for lost or forgotten items.
- Please bring your bathing suit to enjoy the Spa hydrotherapy facilities.
- Our therapists are trained to ensure your complete privacy; for your comfort, you may wear undergarments during your treatment.
- To maintain the tranquility of the Spa, we kindly ask that electronic devices be kept in silent mode.
